4Guest is a management software designed specifically for travel agencies and tour operators. The project was conceived as a fully connected ecosystem, integrating a management system, a mobile app, a dedicated website for agencies, and an “Editor” CMS designed to simplify and optimize website management.
Each component of the system is fully scalable, adapting to the evolving needs of the client and growing alongside the agency. The interface design has been developed with flexibility in mind, allowing continuous feature expansion through a structured design system that can also be independently used by developers.
Software
At the core of the ecosystem lies the 4Guest Management System, the operational engine supporting daily travel agency activities. Every feature is designed to be fast, intuitive, and flexible, reducing errors and improving productivity across both front and back office operations.
App
With the 4Guest App, users always have their travel information at their fingertips in a fully digital format. The visual language stays consistent with the overall system, while introducing brighter, more engaging color accents to create a more appealing and dynamic experience for the end user.
Editor + Website Platform
Editor is a proprietary CMS designed to enable autonomous, structured, and scalable website management, fully integrated with the 4Guest system. Its architecture reduces operational complexity while ensuring consistency between web content and system data.
