SMaC App
SMaC App is a digital solution for managing SMaC transactions in the Republic of San Marino, developed with Kreo Cloud, which handled both design and development.
Starting from an existing visual identity, the project focused on user flow analysis to define key functions and ensure a clear, efficient experience. The UI was then designed in close collaboration with developers, turning UX insights into a consistent and intuitive interface, supported by an illustrated system to guide users through app features.
The app integrates with POS systems and digital services, enabling QR code payments and interaction with public platforms. The ecosystem was built with strong attention to security, accessibility, and coherence between design and technology, delivering a unified digital experience for managing the San Marino Card.
With the SMaC App, new features have been designed to allow users to split expenses and exchange small amounts of money with their contacts within the network via QR Code. The app also includes a section for publishing all events available in the area, the ability to independently request fuel reimbursement, and the option to check the status of payments.
The service is integrated with an illustrated system that guides the user through exploring and understanding the features available in the app.
To showcase the app, a short motion graphics reel was produced, designed to highlight its key features in a clear and engaging way.
