CartAzzurra App
CartAzzurra App is a fintech solution designed and developed by Kreo Cloud to manage digital payments and related services through a complete and integrated ecosystem for both customers and merchants.
The project followed an initial analysis phase that included the study of operational flows, user behaviors, and different payment scenarios across both physical and digital contexts. The goal was to shape a solution that felt reliable, secure, and easy to use, especially when dealing with sensitive financial actions.
A key design challenge was building a clear and trustworthy experience around installment payments, making a potentially complex process simple and transparent. This led to a strong focus on simplifying user flows, reducing cognitive load, and ensuring clarity at every step of the journey.
The interface was designed in close collaboration with the development team, translating complex payment logic into an intuitive and seamless experience, enabling smooth interactions for both customers and merchants.
